This session sure had some up's and down's. The day that we had scheduled it was a little rainy, but not bad. We started and by the time we got to the next location it was a down pour. So after such wetness, we scheduled for the following week. I am so glad that we did because the shots we got the following week turned out great!

Did I mention he had the most a-maz-ing blue eyes!!

Loved this one so much that I had to post the textured version too :)

Welcoming The New

Lately things have been going at a crazy rate. Luckily with the new year and with my new resolutions....which will eventually be broken over the next few weeks, I was able to visit a friend of mine and her beautiful little girl. So here's to the new year and, hopefully, resolutions that will last.

Winding Down For Snow

For some odd reason most of my sessions have been right before or right after a large storm. This one was right in there with the bite of Jack Frost. They were such a great family to work with and the smiles kept coming! And did you see all of the blue eyes! Love it! Thanks so much for a fun evening.

From Sun to Snow...

I'm finally home from my vacation and I can't believe the change of weather! It was a ton of fun in Florida but now it is time to get back to business. Before I left on vacation I met up with the these two cuties and their little dog. It was the day after the storm and talk about freezing your little mitties off! Had to have been in the 50's I swear. But these guys stuck it out and we had a great time!

I'm leavin' on a jet plane! All the way to Florida! My little family is going on a much needed vacation. Not only that but Disney World will be home away from home. For all of those sessions that I have had, don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you and will see you all when I get back!

Baby It's Cold Outside!

And it really was! It was freezing! We went out the day before the big snow storm. Crazy, yes. But the sky was full of fantastic cloudage. This family was also a blast! The cold didn't weight them done any. By the end we had runny noses and red cheeks. And did I mention that these little ones had the greatest blue eyes ever! Carrie Underwood, eat your heart out! lol

The other day I went over to my sister-in-laws house for a fun shoot with my niece. She will be giving up her 'friends' for a more adult approach. So after dumping 5 plus bags all over her and placing them where needed, we came up with these fun pictures. Once our rendezvous down memory lane was done, we ended with her newest love, Twilight . This girl had been bitten by the bug, or should I say vampire.

I just had to add the black and white one too. It was a really cool shot.

and we couldn't leave without a few shots of Lucy! Just call me....'Dogographer'. She was sure not to let us out of the house with out pictures of her.

I had so much fun getting to know these three. I loved all of their different interests and yet they still managed to keep one thing in common.....siblings. I was thrilled to show them one of my favorite spots in town and borrow a chair from a close friend {tx jess}. I have also been working on some textures and retro/vintage stuff. I think they worked out pretty good. :)

This little guy just turned one and I had the privilege of taking his first year pictures! He is such a doll and so much energy. He didn't really want to sit long enough for some shots but sat great with others. I loved his two front teeth they just made me smile every time he grinned. Thanks so much for a fun evening!

You know the saying, "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue". Now is the time for my Something NEW! A new chapter as a photographer and in my webfolio. With this being said, I welcome to you 'Meadow'. The 'Meadow' is all about the BIG day! From engagements, to bridals, and then the final YES! I am so excited about this that I am also showing off my first bridal shoot. This little gal was the perfect to start off my newest collection. She had spunk and that fun, exotic feel. These past couple of weeks have been so crazy from their wedding......

Summer Fun...

Last month a friend of mine from high school came out to visit. We had such a good time getting together with the girls and NO KIDS! That's right, we had a fabulous break from our little rug rats. While she was here she wanted to get some pictures done of her little ones and the Gateway turned out to be a great place. Full of color {which I am loving in these pictures!} and life! Kristy you defiantly need to visit more often!

This has been long awaited for! I could have edited a ton on this session. Every picture turned out awesome! This fabulous senior was so refreshing to shoot. And ladies, I think he's single! :) He was seriously a dream guy for any girl. So polite and such a gentleman. As some of you might know, my life has been on a roller coaster ride for the past couple of weeks. Because of this all of my sessions have been on hold. I can't wait to get back into the swing of things. So to start the swinging, I thought I would post one of my favorites from a senior session that I had a few weeks prior to my roller coaster ride.

So this fun session was taken up the canyon and totally reminded me of the sound of music. You know, the part where she is running over the hill. Anyways, it was so beautiful up there. The flowers were in bloom, the fish were jumpin, and there were a ton of people! What more could you ask for. This family was in full bloom with their bright colors and outgoing personalities!

I was really lucky to get together with this great family a few weeks ago. Talk about one lucky guy with all of these beautiful girls in his life! I have known them for a few years now and talk about pure inspiration and courage. Their second daughter was born with Spina Bifida and you would have never guessed it. She was a little ball of energy and such a love for life. Thanks so much for the time! I hope you enjoy your pictures.

I thought after high school I would never see these guys. Boy was I wrong and look at the cuties they have now!! As you can see by the first image she really wasn't interested in what I was trying to do. By the end of the session she finally decided to warm up to me in her face :). My husband has planned a birthday get away and I couldn't be more in need of something like this. I am even more excited because we are going to Park City. This month has been really crazy since I last announced my June Special. I have been very fortunate to have really great clients to go along with it. This session was indeed great! So great that I am doing a happy dance, luckily you can't see me. I am sooo thrilled with this session that I just laugh inside. This little guy had the most incredible blue eyes and the blondest head of hair. He sure brought his 'A Game'. I just loved everyone of the shots that it will be hard to choose a favorite. I love how texture adds a little more interest to a picture. Thanks a ton for the fun time!

The forecast said that it was going to rain and snow, luckily it didn't do either of those! I was lucky enough to join a friend on this great outing. Thanks Jess! Thank you for all of the wonderful e-mails and feedback regarding my photos! I have had a lot of questions regarding session prices and I would love to share! Right now sessions are $65. What might you ask is included, well let me tell you.

You will have a 1 to 1 1/2 hour session on location or with a backdrop.
You will receive 15 of your favorite proofed images on a disk (in both color and black/white).

By allowing you to have a disk this gives the freedom of making as many copies as you would like. If you ask me, I think it's a steal of a deal! If you are interested in setting up a session please drop me a line. Can't wait to hear from you!!
